Anna Kinsella
St. Edward the Confessor Parish, Duncan

Anna Kinsella (née Taylor) was born in Trinidad, West Indies. In 1960, when she was 15 years old, her family immigrated to Canada and settled in Montreal. Anna married Van Kinsella and by the time they moved to Duncan, she was a mother of five.

Anna has been involved with children's faith formation, the choir, the Catholic Women's League (CWL) and the annual Harvest & Garage sale. She is the Sacristan for the weekday Masses; serves as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion; coordinates the Altar Servers; is one of the assistants and Altar Servers for the Funeral ministry; works with the group responsible for the parish environment and decorations; is an RCIA sponsor; is in the Hospitality Committee of the CWL; and for many years has been in charge of the CWL Sunday refreshments, where her scones are the most popular item.

For many years, at the annual Harvest & Garage sale, Ann has been in charge of refreshments, and spends much of the time during the year fixing and dressing dolls for the annual sale.
