Archbishop Emeritus Raymond Roussin SM

It is with great sadness and sorrow that I regret to inform you that Archbishop Emeritus Raymond Roussin SM, passed away this morning in Winnipeg. He was 75 years old and had been under the care of his sister, Mrs. Lucille Lang, since returning to Winnipeg.

Funeral arrangements will be finalized once his family is able to speak with the Archbishop of Winnipeg, Most Reverend Richard Gagnon.
