Beautiful Communion at Snuneymuxw Longhouse

Download the Bishop's Blog here.

Sunday, October 26, 2014, began with a heavy downpour like the merciful tears of Jesus for the people, yet behind those grey clouds the sun was preparing a joyful time of reunion and new life at Snuneymuxw (Nanaimo) Longhouse kitchen. The Knights of Columbus from St. Peter’s parish were invited to the welcoming Mass by Jerry Brown and Joseph Wyse, both members of St. Peter’s Council. It was a beautiful communion of long friendship.
