In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

The Roman Curia and the Body of Christ

Below is a link to a PDF document of the December 22, 2014 address of our Holy Father, Pope Francis to the Curia of the Holy See. Because his address is for all of us who have responsibility, and authority, in the life of the Church I wanted to share it with you.

Our Holy Father prophetically challenges all who hold office or are in roles of responsibility in the life of the Church to always be asking ourselves the question: How am I accompanying people individually and collectively, in being missionary disciples?

In summary, the Holy Father is inviting all of us who have varying levels of responsibility, with the accompanying authority, to exercise our responsibility always with Christ at the center and on a path of conversion, so that the beauty and redeeming grace of Christ’s light is revealed ever more brightly in the darkness.

God Bless you.

In Communion,
Most Reverend Gary Gordon
