Bruce & Yvonne Lenz
St. Patrick's Parish, Campbell River

As a couple, Bruce and Yvonne have quietly, and without ceremony, been involved in many aspects of church function and life including, but not limited to, building and yard maintenance, the Liturgy, the Altar servers, Cursillo, Bible study, organizing and maintaining the church linen, Adoration, First Friday, collection counting, the Knights of Columbus, and the monthly parish spaghetti supper! Yvonne, a stay-at-home mother, nurtured her children in the Faith. Bruce, in his vocation as a pipe fitter, was a missionary at his place of employment; discussing his faith and Christianity with his co-workers.

Bruce and Yvonne Lenz have been active members of St. Patrick’s since moving from Kamloops in the 1980s. They have two children: Cora-Lee, now sister Dominic Marie of the Word Incarnate, and Jeremy, a father of two who is also active in the parish.

Bruce and Yvonne have continuously given of themselves willingly and tirelessly to the Church for the Glory of God, and not for themselves.
