Dear young people, the Church depends on you! She needs your lively faith, your creative charity and the energy of your hope. Your presence renews, rejuvenates and gives new energy to the Church.

Youth & Young Adult Ministry

The Diocese of Victoria's Youth and Young Adult Ministry is a response to the needs of young people by the entire Catholic community with the goal of actively involving and empowering youth and young adults within our local parish communities, Diocese and beyond.

With the help of the Holy Spirit, we want to assist our youth and young adults in cultivating a deep and lasting relationship with Jesus Christ within the Church and to help find ways to strengthen that relationship so that when faced with the trials and challenges that the world may present them, our young people will have a solid foundation with which to endure and thrive in faith, hope and charity.

Our Youth and Young Adult Ministry program  is here to offer training and support to assist pastors, youth and young adult coordinators with current programs and to help cultivate new and exciting programs throughout our Diocese. We are here to advocate and be a source of encouragement and inspiration for the youth and young adults of our Diocese. Young people today face many challenges and we need to do all that we can to support them on their faith journey.
