David Wells (https://davidwellslive.com/) is a motivational speaker, teacher, catechist and author, who recently shared two short videos with our pastors, principals, schools and parish support staff on the topic of “Wellness”. Given the challenges of the pandemic and the past year, we recognize the need to “take care of ourselves in order to take care of others.”

WELL-BEING is defined as: The experience of feeling happy, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Well-being is strongly associated with having safe and caring relationships with others, a sense of purpose or meaning, and generally, feeling satisfied with life.
