We have 2 items to share with you today:
1) On Friday, June 7, all are invited to an Indigenous Cultural Competency Workshop at Holy Trinity Parish in Nanaimo. This is the final workshop in Holy Trinity's series of 'Truth & Reconciliation through the Four Seasons & Elements'. Both educational and insightful, this powerful workshop exposes Canadian history through visual and experiential learning techniques influencing comprehension from a mind, body, and spiritual approach. We will start with lunch at noon, and the workshop will run from 1:00 – 5:30 pm. Please register by June 5 by calling (250) 390-2612 or by email to sdafoe@rcdvictoria.org.
2) The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB) and the Pontifical Academy for Life, in collaboration with other key partners, organized an international interfaith symposium on palliative care which took place in Toronto from 21-23 May 2024.
